Ailah is an AI-powered companion app. Conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI model. Ailah is not a substitute for professional mental health support, medical advice, legal counsel, or crisis services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ailah. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
You agree not to use Ailah to generate, store, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or abusive. You agree not to attempt to circumvent the app's safety systems or use Ailah to cause harm to yourself or others.
Ailah is a personal companion tool. You may not use it for automated, commercial, or bulk purposes without explicit written permission.
Ailah uses a token system. Tokens are consumed when you send messages. Token packs are sold in-app through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
All purchases are final. Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash. If you believe a purchase was processed in error, contact the platform (Google Play or Apple App Store) directly.
Token prices are set in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change with notice.
New users receive a limited number of free messages to try Ailah. Once the free allotment is used, tokens are required to continue. The number of free messages may change at any time.
Ailah's responses are generated by an AI model. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on Ailah for decisions involving health, safety, finances, or legal matters. Always verify important information with qualified professionals.
Ailah has no memory between sessions unless local storage is active on your device. Responses are not personalized beyond what you share within the current conversation.
Ailah is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party service outages (including Anthropic's API), or other reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unavailability.
The Ailah app, its design, and its underlying code are proprietary. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Content you input into Ailah remains yours. You grant no license to us over your conversations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ailah and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated responses.
These terms may be updated. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Ailah after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
